I recently came across the work of Aaron Miller and thought I'd share. He's a young illustrator who was recently featured on the cover on Computer Arts Projects magazine and he's also done several other illustrations for them. His work is delightfully bright and his characters are very kawaii - just the way I like it.

The Mag+ graphical e-reader

I just read about the theoretical Mag+ graphical e-reader on my favorite blog Drawn!. It's very interesting to see what the future of print media might look like when digitized and I must admit that I wouldn't mind having one of these myself. It looks delightful and I can almost imagine scrolling through the lush images and lengthy articles. I don't however think it should be a substitute for print media as much as a supplement. There's just something wonderful about a fresh glossy magazine right off the newsstand.
