Paint it Bright

Check out these new handmade Scooter LaForge shirts for Patricia Field. Each edgy shirt is vintage and I have a feeling they might sell out pretty fast. It looks like a fun idea for a DIY.

Happy Weekend!

I just want to take a minute to wish you all a happy weekend! I'm really enjoying this one a lot and doing some things I've been wanting to do for a while. Yesterday I started a DIY project as well as did some shopping for new materials for future projects. I like making things myself but unfortunately I don't know how to sew. I'm thinking of taking a class and learning once and for all. I'm also considering getting a driver's license so I can finally go on that road trip I've been dreaming about for years. I just need time to do all the stuff I want to do! But I'm glad I have the opportunity to do so many amazing things and have a job that I really love. Not all people can say that. I leave you now as I have a fun day ahead of me with my wonderful and helpful fiance. Have a very happy weekend!

My April Looks and Buys

As most of my money is being saved for New York, a lot of my looks last month are from a dressingrooms. I know it's sad but I'm doing myself a favor in the long run. Here are some of my favorite looks and pieces from April:

TopShop Romper:
My boyfriend bought me this one for my birthday.

TopShop Eiffel Tower Top:
Also a present from my sweetie.

Monki Straw Hat:
I had to have it! I've DIY'ed it and added some fake flowers to make it blossom.

H&M Denim Shirt:
This is also hung firmly in my closet. Perfect for spring.

Zara Flower Cardigan:
Didn't get this one though it was cute.

Zara Dotted Top and Flowery Skirt:
I loved this outfit and got the top. My boyfriend bought me the skirt but unfortunately it was the wrong size and they were sold out on mine so I never got it. *cry*

Zara Lace Dress:
I bought this but returned it as my sweetie though I looked like an old lady haha.

Mango Sequin French Top:
This was perfect for my hair color and I love all sequin tops so I had to get it.

TopShop Flowery Dress:
This was a present from my boyfriend and can't wait to wear it this summer!

H&M Flowery Skirt:
I want this and might still get it!

DIY Lady Gaga dolls

So I've been seeing these reworked dolls all around and thought I'd share them with you. Looks like the crazy fashions of Lady Gaga is inspiring people to create their own gaga fashion dolls. Some of them look really awesome and iconic. I think that Lady Gaga has succeeded in creating an image that is so unique that it might end up in the fashion history books. Only time will tell. For now I leave you with some of these cool images from the Lady Gaga doll Flickr set.
